Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Intelligent Medicines (“IM,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects your information when you visit our website, create an account, purchase products, or interact with our content, services, and community as part of the Intelligent Medicines Private Member Association (IM PMA). Our private-domain membership structure and informed consent principles guide how we handle information.

We are committed to honoring your trust and your sovereignty as a private member. This policy is part of that promise.

1. Information we collect

We collect information in three ways: information you provide, information collected automatically, and information from third parties.

A. Information you provide

• Account and profile information: name, email, phone number, shipping/billing address, password, and preferences.

• Order data: products purchased, payment confirmation, shipping details, and customer support messages.

• Intake or wellness research information (if you choose to share it): goals, lifestyle inputs, and other health or performance-related data you voluntarily provide in the context of IM PMA research, education, and member-to-member services.

• Community and communications: comments, reviews, survey responses, or messages you send us.

B. Information collected automatically

• Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, time on site, and referring links.

• Cookies and similar technologies: used to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and improve site performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

C. Information from third parties

• Payment processors: limited transaction data to confirm payment and prevent fraud.

• Shipping carriers: tracking and delivery status.

• Analytics and advertising partners: aggregated or pseudonymous data about how people use our site.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to:

• Provide and fulfill orders, including shipping and customer support.

• Support member engagement and personalization within the IM PMA private research and wellness framework.

• Communicate with you about orders, updates, education, and offers you opt into.

• Improve our website, products, services, and community.

• Maintain security, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

• Measure marketing performance and show relevant messages (where permitted by law).

3. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to run IM responsibly within the private domain of the IM PMA, including:

• Service providers: payment processing, shipping, analytics, email/SMS platforms, customer support tools, and website hosting.

• Legal and safety: if required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect rights, safety, or property.

• Business transfers: if IM is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, information may transfer as part of that transaction, with notice where required.

4. Health and wellness information; HIPAA and PMA privacy

Intelligent Medicines operates as a faith-based Private Member Association, and member information is held within the private domain of the Association. Personal Health Information (PHI) and other sensitive member data that you voluntarily provide for IM PMA research, education, or member services is stored in a HIPAA-compliant system and treated as strictly confidential.

IM is not a “covered entity” under HIPAA in most circumstances; however, we voluntarily safeguard PHI to HIPAA standards as part of our commitment to member privacy and informed consent within the IM PMA. PHI remains in the confidential custody of Intelligent Medicines and is not released to any governmental or third-party entity (including state medical boards, FDA, FTC, Medicare, Medicaid, insurance companies, or other regulatory bodies) without your specific written permission, except where required by law.

By joining and participating in the IM PMA, you acknowledge that your wellness research relationship is a private contractual member-to-member association relationship, and you control what you share and how it is used.

5. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:

• Access, correct, or delete your personal information.

• Opt out of marketing emails or SMS (via unsubscribe links or STOP replies).

• Restrict or object to certain processing.

• Receive a portable copy of your data.

• Opt out of targeted advertising (where applicable).

To make a request, email admin@intelligentmedicines.com with the subject “Privacy Request.” We may verify identity before fulfilling requests.

6. Data security and retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, consistent with HIPAA-aligned practices for sensitive data. No system is perfect, but we continuously improve our defenses.

We retain data only as long as needed to provide services, support the IM PMA relationship, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

7. Children’s privacy

IM is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided data, contact us and we will delete it.

8. International users

If you access our site outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the U.S. or other jurisdictions where our providers operate.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will revise the “Last updated” date and provide notice where required.
