Shipping and Returns

Introduction

Intelligent Medicines ships wellness research products to members within the private domain of the Intelligent Medicines Private Member Association (IM PMA). Please review the following shipping and returns information before placing an order. By purchasing through our site, you acknowledge these terms as part of your private member relationship with IM PMA.

Shipping and Tracking

Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days after being placed and confirmed. At this time, we only ship within the United States and do not offer international shipping. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package in transit. If a package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please follow the steps provided on the carrier’s tracking page. If the issue remains unresolved, contact the carrier directly and notify our support team so we can assist where possible.

Storage

Cold shipping is not required because our peptides are provided in lyophilized (powder) form and remain stable for up to 12 months when stored properly. After reconstitution, peptides should be refrigerated or kept in a cool, dry place according to standard storage guidance.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products and to protect the integrity and safety of all members, we do not accept returns. If there is an issue with your order, please contact our customer support team. We will review your case within the IM PMA framework and do our best to make it right.
