Introduction
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Intelligent Medicines website, products, services, and any related content (“Services”). By using our Services or joining our community, you agree to these Terms as part of your private contractual relationship with the Intelligent Medicines Private Member Association (IM PMA).
1. Who we are
Intelligent Medicines (“IM,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a faith-based Private Member Association formed for the purpose of enabling members to conduct private wellness research, education, and member-to-member exchange in the private domain, relying on faith in Nature and Nature’s God.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services or purchase products. By participating in IM PMA activities, you confirm you meet this requirement.
3. Not medical advice
IM content is for educational and informational purposes only within the IM PMA private domain and is not medical advice. We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new protocol or making health decisions.
4. Product information and compliance
We aim to describe products accurately for the purposes of member research and education. However, individual responses vary, and no outcomes are guaranteed.
Any structure/function statements are not evaluated by the FDA and IM products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Member use and discussion of products occurs within the private IM PMA framework and at each member’s discretion and responsibility.
5. Orders, pricing, and payment
• All prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise.
• We may change prices or availability at any time without notice.
• Payment is processed by third-party providers; IM does not store full payment card numbers.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to suspected fraud, misuse, or errors inconsistent with IM PMA principles.
6. Shipping, returns, and cancellations
Shipping timelines, fees, and return windows are described in our Shipping and Returns pages and are incorporated into these Terms. In case of conflict, those policies control the specific topic.
7. Subscriptions (if applicable)
If you enroll in a subscription, you authorize recurring charges at the stated interval until canceled. You can manage or cancel via your account or by contacting support.
8. Intellectual property
All site content — including text, graphics, logos, product names, videos, and design elements — is owned by IM or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, sell, or distribute our content without written permission.
9. Community conduct and prohibited use
You agree not to:
• Use the Services for unlawful purposes.
• Post or share false, harmful, abusive, or misleading content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Interfere with site performance or security.
• Use our brand, products, or content to make prohibited public medical or disease claims inconsistent with the private IM PMA relationship.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

Our Services may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
11. Disclaimers of warranties

You agree to indemnify and hold IM harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute will be resolved in state or federal courts located in Idaho unless IM chooses arbitration for a specific matter.
All disputes related to IM PMA participation will be handled consistent with PMA bylaws and member-agreement principles.

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
