Information is retained only as long as necessary for membership administration, mission continuity, research, or ethical recordkeeping.

16. Amendments

The Association may update these Terms and this Privacy Policy as needed. Members will be notified of updates through official communication or the member portal. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any updates.
